Alicia Chouinard – New Hampshire Portrait Photographer

Studio Photography is something I’ve always wanted to get into but have not been able to because of lack of space.   Well, recently I discovered The Sopha, an awesome co-op studio for photographers.  They have two fully-equipped studios, awesome staff, and classes to boot!   This past weekend I became a member and took a class on studio lighting.  One best things about the class is that we were provided with our very own model to work with.  She was gorgeous (as you’ll see below), talented, and a pleasure to work with.  Here are my favorite shots.

Evangeline and Melissa – New Hampshire Family Photographer

Today’s post is another from my vacation to Florida.  This time its my friend Melissa and her daughter Evangeline. When it came time to take Evangeline’s photos, she didn’t want anything to do with the big man with the camera.  So I just gave her some space and I got some wonderful photos of her being herself.   At the end of the session she started to warm up a little so I started to creep into her space until my camera was almost up her nose.  She finally cracked a smile and started to laugh, and that’s when I got the photo of her smiling.
