The Union Leader! – NH Wedding Photographer

A few weeks ago a reporter from the Union Leader called me up and asked me what I thought about weddings and digital photography. This past weekend, in the Sunday paper was a sepcial “Weddings” section. The top story mentions me. Thanks to Jay Reiter, my mentor, colleague and great friend.

Events – Tooting my own horn

Last month I photographed a few events. My favorite though was at the ICA in Boston. It was a full day of presentations by various artists on the topic of Art as a factor in social change. The main gallery had the works of Shepard Fairey and throughout the day they had an artist talking about his work. The whole thing was put on in conjunction with the Boston chapter of AIGA, who I’ve done some events for in the past.

Today is not a post with pictures. Today is a post with only words…and a link. Its something curious.

I’m pleased to announce that I’ve started a daily photo post, but these posts aren’t from weddings, or portrait shoots. These are photos are of a curious nature. A challenge to myself and a method of self-expression and exploration.

Yay! I managed to import all of my posts again. It was a bit of a tedious process, but its done none the less.

I’ve had someone working on a new logo for me and I’m hoping to have it all done before the end of the year. Once that is done my intention was to design a new blog layout. So, the one I have no is only temporary, expect something new by the end of the year.

I Broke It

I totally broke my blog. All of my posts for September, October and November are currently missing. I thought I exported all of the entries in WordPress but apparently I did not get all of them, or all of them don’t want to reimport. So… I’m gonna take a break from this for a little bit and try to get all of my old posts back in later tonight.

On Vacation

Hi Folks,

I’m currently on Vacation in Montana, and Alberta. I will be back home on August 16th so you won’t be seeing posts until sometime after then. I am taking pictures regularly and will catch up the 365-Day Project posts when I return home.

Right now I’m sitting in beautiful Canmore, AB looking at some gorgeous Canadian Rockies. They are so close I feel like I can reach out and touch them. I’ll post a pick of where I was typing from when I get back home.
